We provide professional doorstep repair, servicing, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting services for kitchen appliances, including gas stoves, gas hobs, cooktops, cooking ranges, built-in hobs, and related kitchen appliances. By accessing our website, contacting us, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Booking
Service appointments are subject to technician availability and coverage in the customer’s location. We make reasonable efforts to provide services within the scheduled time; however, arrival times may change due to traffic, weather, previous appointments, technician availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. Inspection & Diagnosis
Our technician may inspect the appliance before identifying the exact fault and recommending a repair. A visit, inspection, or diagnosis charge may apply where applicable. The final repair cost depends on the appliance model, nature of the problem, labor required, and spare parts needed.
3. Repair & Spare Parts
Replacement parts may be charged separately from labor or service charges. Depending on availability, parts may be original, OEM, compatible, or equivalent replacement parts. We cannot guarantee the availability of discontinued or manufacturer-specific components. If additional faults are identified during repair, additional charges may apply after customer approval.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and service-address information and ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance. Customers should inform the technician about previous repairs, modifications, installation problems, or known faults. Valuable, fragile, or personal items should be removed from the work area before service begins.
5. Gas & Electrical Safety
Gas and electrical appliances can involve significant safety risks. If our technician identifies a gas leak, unsafe connection, damaged wiring, improper installation, or another hazardous condition, we may refuse or stop the service until the issue is safely resolved. We will not knowingly perform work that presents an unreasonable risk to people or property.
6. Service Warranty
Where applicable, a warranty may be provided for specific repairs or replacement parts. Warranty coverage applies only to the repair or component specified at the time of service. Warranty may not cover misuse, accidental or physical damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, voltage fluctuations, gas-supply issues, water or fire damage, normal wear and tear, or unrelated appliance faults.
7. Cancellation & Payment
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If a technician has already been dispatched or has reached the customer’s location, applicable visit or inspection charges may apply. Customers are responsible for paying all agreed charges for inspections, labor, repairs, and replacement parts.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services but cannot guarantee that every appliance can be repaired. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, manufacturer-related issues, improper installation, external electrical or gas-supply problems, customer misuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute relating to our services shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
